Some rules are meant to be broken.
These aren’t those kind of rules.
This is a short version of our full Terms, Conditions & Policies, which can be found via a link in the footer of each page of our site.

house rules
1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4:00–7:00pm; check-out is by 11:00am. Running late? Call us, or we'll start to worry.
2. NO SMOKING. SERIOUSLY.
This is a 100% smoke, vape, and open-flame-free property — yes, that includes candles. This building lost an entire floor to fire in the 1920s, and we'd like to keep what's left. Violations: $500. No exceptions.
3. KEEP IT DOWN
Quiet hours are 10:00pm–6:30am. Disruptive behavior is grounds for ending your stay without a refund.
4. OCCUPANCY
Most rooms sleep two; Room 9 sleeps three. Kids count toward occupancy but if they are able to sleep in bed with you, or in a pack-n-play that you’ve brought, we’re fine with the additional occupant. Please note that we don't have cribs or rollaways.
5. PETS
Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Licensed Service Animals are always welcome.
6. HOUSEKEEPING
We only enter your room when asked. For stays of four nights or more, we recommend a refresh after night three, but it's your call.
7. PARKING
One complimentary spot per room in a nearby lot. Need to drop bags first? Let us know and we'll sort you out.
8. ALCOHOL
You must be 21+ to consume or handle alcohol on our property, or any property in the US for that matter. If you're traveling with anyone under 21, that's your responsibility to manage, as alcohol is present on this property. Of note, only alcohol purchased directly from us can be consumed in the common spaces. If you bring your own alcohol onto the property, it must be consumed in your room. We can’t be held responsible for you over-serving yourself.
9. DAMAGES
Your payment method stays on file for incidentals. If something gets broken or goes missing, we'll charge replacement cost.
10. FIREARMS
Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on premises, regardless of license or permit, unless you're an authorized law enforcement officer or have explicit authorization from the hotel proprietors (that’s us).
